When my weekend plans got cancelled, I didn’t even sweat it. Instead, I made a spontaneous trip up to Nashville, Tennessee.

A friend of mine is somewhat of a foodie and asked if I wanted to take a little trip to pick up a special cookie. A special cookie? What’s so special about it?

The weather had cleared up, it was a beautiful day, and I needed to make up for lost time. Today would be the day that would thoroughly test my endurance and concentration.

Well, this post is going to much shorter than the others, since I woke up to low ceilings, strong winds, and rain. Not a good combination for receiving flight instruction.

Today I would make my way from Florida to North Carolina and needed to pick up a friend that was delivering his airplane for its annual inspection.

My stop in central Florida was necessary to visit a specialty shop to make an adjustment to the wings and controls of the airplane.

In November 2018, I took a company trip to Grand Cayman Island and spent a week on Seven Mile Beach. This was my first trip to the Cayman Islands and it didn’t disappoint!
